Today we can say something we have been sitting on for a few weeks: HyperOrbit is now a member of NVIDIA Inception, and NVIDIA has recognised us as an AI startup to watch.
What NVIDIA Inception is
NVIDIA Inception is NVIDIA’s programme for startups building with AI. Members get access to NVIDIA’s technology and technical expertise, to the people who build the platform the agents run on, and to a network of other companies at a similar stage. It is not an investment and it is not an endorsement of any particular product decision. It is a door into the ecosystem that most of the AI stack now runs through.
The recognition as an AI startup to watch is the part we are proudest of, because it comes from people who see a great many AI companies and have no reason to be generous.
Why it matters for the agents
HyperOrbit’s three agents, Chorus, Recon and Atlas, do something that is expensive by design. They read every call, ticket, review, competitor move and usage signal a company connects, continuously, and tie each one to the accounts and revenue it touches. That is a lot of reading, and it never stops. A monthly survey is cheap because it happens once. A read that maintains itself is a compute problem as much as a product problem.
Being inside Inception gives that work a better home. It means earlier access to the hardware and software the agents already depend on, direct lines to the engineers who build it, and a clearer view of what is coming. For a team our size, that is the difference between reading about a capability and using it.
What changes for customers
Today, nothing. The product you use is the same product, priced to the sources you connect, never to seats. The three autonomy modes, Advisory, Supervised and Autopilot, are unchanged. Your data stays yours, is never used to train anyone else’s models, and the commitments on the trust page stand.
What we expect to change, over the coming quarters, is how much the agents can read and how quickly they can turn it into a brief. We will say so on this blog when it happens, with the numbers defined on the methodology page, and not before.
Membership changes what the agents can draw on. It does not change your product, your plan or who can see your data.
Where we are
HyperOrbit was founded in Falls Church, Virginia, with teams in the US, India and Singapore. The category we work in, agentic customer intelligence, is young. Membership of a programme like Inception is one more sign that it is real, and that the teams building in it are being taken seriously.
Thank you to the NVIDIA Inception team, and to the customers who trusted three agents with their customer signal before anyone else did. That is the recognition that matters most.
If you want to see the agents on your own sources, book a demo. If you want the framework first, the customer brain guide is the place to start.
