Teams do not lack customer data. They lack a current read on what it means, a dollar figure on that read, and an owner before the quarter moves on. We built HyperOrbit so agents do the reading overnight and the decision arrives with the evidence and the ARR attached.
The problem
Customer intelligence should not wait for a meeting.
Every company collects customer signal. Very few can act on it in time.
The signal is scattered. A renewal risk shows up as a support ticket, a drop in logins and a comment on a call. Three tools, three owners, and no one sees all three.
The reading is done by hand. Someone exports, tags, groups and summarises. By the time the deck is ready, the quarter it describes is over.
The decision arrives without a number. “Customers are unhappy about onboarding” starts an argument. Put the ARR behind it and the argument ends.
The result is orphan insights: signal that was collected, sometimes even read, and never given an owner. Most customer intelligence dies in a slide for this reason. The team was careful. The system was built to report.
Volume is not signal. A handful of requests from the accounts that carry your revenue beat hundreds from accounts that will never pay you more.
What good means
Four tests. A tool that fails them is still a dashboard.
- 1
Hours to an owned action. The read lands in someone’s queue the same day, with the evidence attached.
- 2
ARR on the theme. Every theme, competitor move and at-risk account carries the revenue behind it.
- 3
Customer voice and competitor moves on one graph. Two programmes that never meet cannot explain each other.
- 4
Autonomy the team sets. Advisory, Supervised or Autopilot, chosen per agent, with confidence and evidence attached at every level.
Attention should be spent on decisions. The checking is the agent’s job.
What we believe
- 01
Agents, not dashboards. A dashboard waits for someone to look at it. An agent reads every new call, ticket, review and competitor move as it lands and brings the decision to the owner. The labour of reading belongs to the agent. The judgement stays with the team.
- 02
Every signal, one orbit. Feedback, competitor moves, usage and CRM live in different tools under different teams, and they describe the same customers. Read apart, each is a rumour. Read together, they are a fact with a price on it.
- 03
Weighted by revenue. The loudest theme is rarely the most expensive one. A roadmap argument should end with a number, and the number should be ARR.
- 04
Connect the move to the reaction. A rise in competitor mentions is a chart. The same rise, eight days after that competitor changed its pricing, in accounts that name the competitor, is a decision. Agents should hold the market and the customer in the same view and show their working.
- 05
Confidence is part of the answer. An agent that cannot say how sure it is cannot be trusted with anything that matters. Every read carries its confidence score, its evidence and the record it came from, so a human can check it in seconds.
- 06
Autonomy is earned. Advisory when you want a suggestion. Supervised when you want to approve each action. Autopilot once the agent has proven itself, inside limits you set. Trust is granted in steps, and it can be taken back.
What we will not do
We will not price by the seat. Enterprise is priced to the sources you connect, so the read can reach everyone who needs it.
We will not train models for anyone else on your data.
We will not show a number without its evidence. If you cannot check a read in seconds, it should not be on your desk.
We will not switch Autopilot on for you. Your team sets the autonomy, and the limits around it.
The loop
The old loop ran at meeting speed. The new one runs at signal speed.

Same customers. Same sources. What changes is who does the reading and how long the decision waits.
An illustration. A competitor launches a free tier. Eight days later, mentions of it in your calls and tickets are up by 31, across accounts worth $214K in ARR. Recon connects the launch to the reaction. Atlas puts those accounts in front of their owners, at 68% confidence, with the records behind it. Nobody had to notice. That is the difference between a chart and an owned action.
The output is four lines, not a deck: what changed, what it is worth, which accounts, who owns the next step. That is the morning read.
Pricing mentions up 31 after a competitor’s free-tier launch
Recon linked the launch to the rise. Lag: 8 days. Sources: calls and tickets.

Three waves
Same customers. Same sources. Different reader.
- 2015 – 2020
Feedback dashboards
Centralised the feedback, visualised the trends, and left the reading to a person. Useful, and still the reason most VoC programmes are a quarterly slide.
WHO READSA person, quarterly
- 2021 – 2025
AI-assisted analysis
Sentiment, theme extraction and smart search on the same workflow. Analysis got faster. The queue of things to analyse did not get shorter, and the insight still waited for a meeting.

Agentic customer intelligence
The test for this wave is what reaches the owner, not whether the vendor says “agent”. Customer voice, competitor moves and account risk on one graph, weighted by revenue, delivered as an owned action with the evidence attached. That is the category we are building for.
WHO READSAgents, continuously
Who this is for
Product. Which theme deserves the next sprint, backed by the ARR that raised it.
Customer experience. Which accounts are drifting and why, before the renewal call is booked.
Revenue and marketing. What a competitor changed, which deals it touched, and what to say about it.
Who this is not for. A survey programme of record, a research archive, or another place to watch sentiment. If you need a library of feedback, other tools do that well. If you need an owner on the theme this week, that is our work.
Customer intelligence should not wait for a meeting. It should arrive with an owner.
Every signal, one orbit.
I have spent more than fourteen years building products and running product and account teams, and this problem followed me to every one of them. The signal was always there. It never had an owner. HyperOrbit is what I wanted on each of those teams.

What HyperOrbit is
Three agents, one pass. Chorus clusters the voice of the customer. Recon watches the competitor. Atlas ties both to the account and the dollar. The pass lands in the Signal Desk, priced, evidenced and owned.
We take on a small number of founding partners each quarter. A 12-week paid pilot, starting with your public sources in week one and your internal systems by week three, with success criteria and a decision date agreed before anyone connects anything. If you would rather start on your own, the Starter plan is free: one feedback source and one competitor source.
