Five things a programme has to do, in order
Each dimension has four questions, scored 0 to 3. The levels are ad hoc, reactive, managed and continuous.
Capture
Where signal comes from. Calls, tickets, chats, reviews, surveys and usage all describe the same customers.
Synthesis
How feedback becomes themes. A hundred conversations are useless until they are eight themes with evidence behind each.
Connection
Feedback tied to accounts and the market. “Customers are unhappy” starts an argument.
Action
Ownership and closing the loop. Insight that never reaches a decision is a cost.
Cadence
Speed from signal to decision. Most programmes run at meeting speed.

WITH HYPERORBIT
A proposal you can take to the people who need to say yes
Built from your scores: the findings, what HyperOrbit does about the two weakest dimensions, the value for product, CX and revenue, a six-week pilot and the ask. Download it as a PDF or print it.
Before you start
Who should take it?
Whoever owns the customer read: a product, CX or revenue leader, or the person who assembles the quarterly voice-of-customer review. If two of you disagree on an answer, that is a finding too.
Is my data stored?
Answers stay in your browser so you can come back, and the PDF is built on your machine. When you build the proposal, your scores and contact details are sent to HyperOrbit so someone can follow up with a walkthrough offer.
How is the score calculated?
Each question scores 0 to 3. A dimension is the sum of its four questions out of 12; the overall score is the sum of all twenty out of 60, shown as a percentage. Levels: under 30 is ad hoc, under 55 reactive, under 80 managed, 80 and above continuous.
What is in the proposal?
Your scores and findings, what HyperOrbit does about the two weakest dimensions, the value for each team, evidence from the product, a six-week pilot plan on the free Starter plan, cost and security, and a concrete ask. It is written to be forwarded.
Can I edit the proposal?
The PDF has selectable text, so you can copy it into a document. If you want us to tailor it to your accounts, book a walkthrough and bring the assessment link.
The download did not start?
Use the Print button and choose “Save as PDF”. Some corporate browsers block scripts from content networks, which is what builds the file.
