Before you connect
Does Chorus reply to tickets?
No. It reads them. Themes, sub-themes and the accounts behind them go to the Signal Desk; drafted actions can ship to Slack or your helpdesk with approval.
Which helpdesks are supported?
Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Front, Kustomer, HubSpot Service Hub and Salesforce Service Cloud, plus email and CSV for anything else.
How long does setup take?
Most connectors: 5 to 10 minutes over OAuth. Custom enterprise sources: 2 to 3 weeks with a dedicated engineer.
What can the agents never do on their own?
