Who we are
HyperOrbit ("we", "us") operates hyperorbit.ai and the HyperOrbit product. We are headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a team across Chennai, Mumbai and Singapore. For anything in this policy, write to agent@hyperorbit.ai.
What we collect on this website
Only what you give us. When you book a demo we ask for your name, LinkedIn profile and work email. When you open a guide or template, request the ROI numbers, build a maturity-assessment proposal, subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form, we ask for your name and work email, and in some cases your company, role and the figures you typed into the tool. We do not buy data about you or append it from other sources.
How we use it
To do the thing you asked for: send the guide, book the slot, reply to your message, email the numbers. To follow up once, by a person, if you asked for a walkthrough or ticked the box that says so. To send the monthly newsletter if you subscribed, with an unsubscribe link in every issue. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms to our inbox. Demo bookings are handled by Cal.com, which connects to our calendar and sends you the invite. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. The blog is published from Sanity. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms; we choose them for that reason and do not share your data with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember a few conveniences: that you closed the cookie notice, that you already unlocked a guide, and your saved assessment answers so you can come back to them. If we add analytics, they load only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and we will update this page to say which tool and what it records.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in our inbox and CRM for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, typically while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, from every system listed above.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email agent@hyperorbit.ai with "Privacy" in the subject and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Product data
This page covers the marketing website. Customer data that flows through the HyperOrbit product under a subscription is governed by the customer agreement and data-processing terms, which take precedence for that data. In short: your customers' conversations are read by the agents to produce your reads, and are never used to train models.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything material, say so on the blog.
