Voice of customer roles are advertised under different titles depending on the region. In the US they are usually "Voice of the Customer" and sit in Product. In Europe they are "Customer Insights" and sit in market research. In India they are "Customer Insights" or "CX Analytics". In the Gulf the work sits inside "Customer Experience" or "Customer Happiness".

In India, "voice of customer" returns call-centre voice-process roles almost exclusively — I found seven this month, none of them this discipline. In the Gulf, try "customer happiness". You'll roughly triple what you see.
